This is a document containing at least 1 recipe from every country in the world.  Our goal is to create a world vegan cookbook with veganized traditional recipes from every country in the world, co-authored by cooks from every country. For now we researched Youtube and the internet to find traditional recipes either already vegan or made vegan from every country. You can access this document for free!
