This wonderful recipe is both cheesy, flavorful and contains many nutrients!
What you will need:
2 Cups Organic Spinach frozen or fresh
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
½ cup water
1 teaspoon better than bouillon no chicken base
1/4th cup Nutritional Yeast
3 tablespoons of tapioca starch mixed with 1 tablespoon of water. You can add more for more stretchiness and thickness as well
1 box of brown rice pasta or pasta of your choosing
How to prepare it:
Boil your box of brown rice flour pasta or lentil flour pasta of your choosing
To make the sauce, add all the ingredients to a blender and blend on high then bring it to a boil until the sauce is thickened
Add the sauce to the pasta and enjoy. This can be stored for up to 4 days in the fridge.
